How to enable channel 12 and 13 on OpenWrt

By default, those channels are disabled on some routers. I cannot get neighbor WiFi signal which is transmitting  channel13. I use my router as repeater of the neighbor WiFi.

Got the tips from this forum, thanks for kalvorota who wrote the tutorial. It works with my MR3220 V.1 router.
